Yes. With a reseller plan your clients sign in to a dashboard with your name, logo and colours, and get emails from your brand.
Can my clients use my own domain?
On reseller plans that include it, yes: point a CNAME record (for example chat.yourbrand.com) at us and your clients sign in and work there. The reseller panel shows the exact DNS records.
What do my clients get?
Every feature: the website messenger, shared inbox, chatbots, the AI assistant on their own AI key, WhatsApp and Telegram, a help center, reports, the REST API and webhooks. How many workspaces, teammates and conversations each client has is set by your plan.
Can I earn from TalkingDot without reselling?
Yes. Share your referral link and earn 10% of every payment from each business that signs up through it, for as long as it pays.
