Settings → Installation in your dashboard. It already contains your workspace key.

Online Store → Themes → Edit code → layout/theme.liquid, just before </body>, then Save.

Do I need a Shopify app for TalkingDot?
No. You paste one snippet into your theme's theme.liquid file, so there is no app to install and no app subscription. The Shopify guide walks through it.
Can my team see Shopify orders in the chat?
Not today. Order details next to the chat come from WooCommerce. On Shopify the chat shows the signed-in customer's name and email, the current page, page history and past conversations.
Will live chat slow down my Shopify store?
No. The script loads asynchronously, so it never blocks the page, and the messenger renders in Shadow DOM, so your theme's styles and the chat never interfere.
